About our advent calendar

Our 2024 advent calendar contains 25 special Christmas themed daily math puzzles. "Chris-math" puzzles, of course!

Behind each door, locked until the 'nth' of December, is a special seasonal puzzle from the nerdleverse.

Supporting 2 great causes

All advertising proceeds go to our two wonderful charities supporting childhood numeracy initiatives around the world. Please also support by donating if you can.

25 nerdle Chris-math prizes

We are giving away 25 Chris-math prizes throughout December. Just click the "create your own advent card" and share our advent calendar or share your daily advent score publicly on social media for a chance to win. Prize Ts&Cs apply.

This advent ('add-vent') calendar
is in demo mode

We have a special seasonal nerdle puzzle waiting for you behind each window. 4 windows are already open for you. You can open windows 1 to 5.

On 1 December, the calendar will return to normal so that you can only open doors up to today's date. Any windows open from demo mode will remain open but you can still play these games.

We will choose winners from any nerdlers that either share the "add-vent calendar" or share their daily add-vent scores publicly on social media. ie these posts much be searchable on X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok or Instagram such that we can find the post and contact the sender.

The prizes will be our choice of either a nerdle t-shirt or puzzle book.

Please note that winner selection is made at our entire discretion. We reserve the right to distribute 25 prizes across 25 or fewer winners. In order for us to be able to find your post it will need to be public. The competition is open from 1 to 25 December 2024 although winners may be selected and notified after this date.

At nerdle, our 'n+' mission is to make math more accessible and even a little less scary for everyone. Our nerdle games are intended to be challenging, fun and educational. But not everyone has the same opportunity to learn these skills. With your support, our positive numbers initiative aims to make a positive impact on child numeracy.

Our 2024 add-vent calendar is supporting two charities that continue to make an amazing difference to causes we believe in.

We support Save The Children because of projects such as their 'Numeracy Boost' programme, helping develop math skills in and out of the classroom.

We support Plan International's child sponsorship programme, which helps more children in developing countries get an education,

We are donating our add-vent calendar advertising revenue in December. But if you are able to, please consider supporting these charities by making a donation.
